Q: How offten do you check your orders?

A: We check email throughout the day so you will not be waiting long for a reply.

Q: Can I call?

A: Yes we accept calls. If you get the answering machine just leave a message we will get back to you.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: We accept Payypal payments and also e-checks with Paypal, money orders, personal checks & cashiers checks.
Mailed payments can be sent to the address on the web site. Or you can email me for the total including shipping.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Unfortunatly all sales are final. So please be sure you want the items you purchase.

Q: How do you ship your orders?

A: All orders are shipped via Parcel Post or Priority Mail.

Q: Can your desserts be used as play food?

A: Our items are not play food. They are meant for display only and are not meant to be played with by
children or special adults. Small children and even some special adults tend to put things in their mouths and some of the
materials used are harmful if ingested. Pieces that may break off if bitten can be a choking
hazard. Please keep out of reach of any child, pets or special adult who might try to eat them.

Q: How long does the product last?

A: With the proper care they will be around longer then us.

Q: After I am finished displaying my items how do I store them?

A: Simply wrap "white" tissue paper and store in cool dry place such as a closet. Do not store them in an attic where excessive heat can build up as some materials can possibly become discolored from excessive heat. Do not wrap in plastic.

Q: How do I take care of & clean my items?

A: All are easy to care for. Simply dust them off with soft brush or feather duster. If
more cleaning is needed, use a slightly damp cloth and gently clean. Do not immerse in water or get wet. Keep away from
open flame, don't place in direct sunlight for long length of time the colors may fade.

Q: What are fake foods made of?

A: They are made with building materials, various clays, polyurethane, paint & various decorative embellishments, rubber and resins.

Q: Are all your desserts hand made?

A: No. At the start we made all our fake foods. But the choices were limited. We do still make some items from start but not all.Others are assembled by us.
